    Our signature cinnamon bun is made the traditional Norwegian way, where a sweet pastry is twisted into a spiral with plenty of cinnamon and sugar, and topped with a housemade vanilla-marscapone cream and raspberries.

    A traditional Norwegian style cinnamon bun. A sweet pastry dough is twisted into a spiral with plenty of cinnamon and sugar.

  • Sandwich

    Our specialty sandwich is made with locally procured ham and cheese, lettuce, a house-made garlic-truffle mayo, pickled red onion, and mixed nuts. Savory, crunchy, and very satisfying! We have a vegan version which can be made upon request, made with vegan mayo, and with roasted bell pepper and chickpea substitute for meat! The sandwich can be prepared on our house-made gluten-free bread!

  • Toast with Side Salad

    Sourdough bread toasted with locally procured ham and cheese, a bit of dijon mustard, and balsamic glaze for dipping, as well as a mixed-green side salad. Can be prepared on our house-made gluten-free bread!

  • Ostefat

    A charcuterie board with local cheeses from Fana Gard, cured and smoked meats from Vossakjøtt, and served with toasted bread, olives, blackcurrant jam and house-made dip.
